W-legal is a London based law firm that is handling the case for a $500bn litigation action group KSL-IT.
We were approached by their founder and chair Tony Lahert to manage their data and communications to the 980 members spread across Europe.
The first job was to clean up the data provided a de-dup and update the master list. The ongoing tasks include the distribution of updates via Email and post to members across Europe in multiple languages, maintenance of the data held, handling requests from list members and reporting on how the mailing are performing.
