Embassy Magazine, a London-based events company, supports newly arrived diplomats and embassy staff in finding essential services during their deployment to the UK.

 

🌟 Initial Goal & Challenge

 

The company came to us in 2017 with a significant challenge: they had spent considerable money on an unfinished website project and were left with a provider who had lost interest. The initial and critical goal was to get a functional website live and running as quickly as possible to restore their lost 12 months of market visibility.

 

✅ Key Achievements

 

  • Rapid Website Deployment: We immediately updated the main pages and sections of the site and integrated event registration systems. This first phase was accomplished in quick time to meet the urgency of the situation.
  • Targeted Marketing Setup: We implemented Mailchimp and established multiple mailing lists with focused categories. This achievement allowed Embassy Magazine to market effectively to their two distinct audiences: suppliers and diplomats, separately.
  • Long-Term Reliability and Support: We established a monthly retainer support package that includes hosting. This achievement ensures their operations are stable, allowing the owners, Kerry and Richard, to focus entirely on their core business without worrying about IT.
  • Adaptation to Virtual Events: During the Covid period, we assisted them in setting up a secure system specifically designed for virtual events catering to an extremely security-focused group of attendees.

Kerry and Richard of Embassy Magazine were delighted to finally have their website live, providing a valuable resource of information for diplomats and embassy staff in the UK. We are proud to continue supporting their mission and are soon to launch the next phase of their website soon.
