Re-launch of a major high street brand online in 2014 with three roles in the relaunch:

Taking the 2.2 million customer record that the business had purchased, cleaning and taking the remaining customer records to create targeted customer segments based on a number of filters including order date, spend, frequency amongst others which was used to plan future marketing activity.

Manage the new website project and build which was on magneto, selecting the hosting company, payment provider, creating the go-live design, populating the site and managing the project to go-live and the initial 12 months thereafter.

Email marketing and reporting, once the website was live we were responsible for coding up and sending out 2 million emails per month to target segments with dedicated messages and offers to bring them back to the relaunched brand.
